Das ist für Lage und Typ der Wohnung (als Maisonette-Traumwohnung in München mit großem Balkon und sehr hell) sehr günstig - obwohl noch im Marktmittel. Habe gleich hingeschrieben (das Inserat stammt von einem "Damian Krause" und 1 Tag später folgende Antwort bekommen: --- Hello, I would like to thank you for your interest and i appreciate your intention to rent my penthouse apartment. Denke mal dass es sicher ein Betrug ist wenn ich per Vorkasse etwas überweisen soll (hier steht beim Immoscout auf deren Webseite etwas von einer klassischen Betrugsmasche auf Immobilienseiten, den "Vorkassebetrug". It is free at this moment and we can agree for any period you wish to stay(long or shorter term). We have no plans for this apartment so you don`t have to worry that suddenly we can announce you that you have to move. There is no way for this to happen. We both are non-smokers, nobody ever smoked inside the apartment. There is also a parking place and a cellar. The extra costs of the apartment (nebenkosten) are not high, around 200 euro/month. As i already announced you we are in Denmark now but if you are decided to have a meeting to see the apartment i am ready to come and meet you in Germany. I propose you a meeting at the end of this week, Saturday morning the 24th of May, in München. There will be no need for any other meeting, we will manage the rental documents in order and you can move in the apartment immediately. If you will accept i will look for a hotel to stay for me and my wife and i will inform you about the place of meeting. Klarer Betrugsfall! Du findest die identische Wohnung in Düsseldorf wenn du bei Immonet nachschaust (Link hier). Bin gespannt wie das mit den Mails weitergeht und wie sie dich bei Immoscout dann betrügen wollen - riecht sehr nach Vorkassebetrug.

Du hast Recht - die Anzeige beim Immoscout stammt von Vorkasse-Betrügern. Habe nun als letzte Email die folgende erhalten - und werde darauf auch nicht mehr antworten. Das Wohnungsinserat wurde wie du gesagt hast noch in einer anderen deutschen Stadt (Düsseldorf) inseriert - das Inserat in Düsseldorf scheint von einem echten Makler zu kommen, das in München ist ein Betrug. Solche Immobilien-Betrugsmaschen scheinen schonmal daran zu erkennen sein dass jemand aus dem Ausland auf die Anfrage antwortet - das riecht schon verdächtig nach Vorkassebetrug, da man das Geld - sobald mal ins Ausland überwiesen - nicht mehr zurückholen kann. Hier die dritte und letzte Email des Vorkassen-Betrügers: --- Hello, I am glad to inform you about the place of our meeting, at City Aparthotel ( Sonnenstr. 18 b | 80331 München | Zentrum ). We will arrive there on Friday midday so we can solve with the apartment cleaning and we will have our meeting on Saturday morning. I am ready to meet you as we agreed and finish the deal. Die Anzeige würde ich umgehend beim Betreiber melden. In Stuttgart und Hamnurg ist diese Wohnung auch schon aufgetaucht. Die gute kommt gut rum.
